MOLD MAKING
Here are a selection of molds that I made up while freelancing for AdamJessFX’s shop.
Simple box mold made with wood. Creases and base were done with WED clay. Positive cast are plaster toes.
Mold is made with Platsil 73-25 platinum cure silicone.
End result with PT Flex rubber toes cast with the newly made mold.
1:1 scale axe. Base of mold made with WED clay.
Exonosil 25 tin cure silicone used for axe mold.
Alginate used for arm/hand life cast.
Plaster cast master made from alginate mold.
Prepping plaster masters for molding. Base is done with WED clay.
First layer of Dragon Skin platinum cure silicone.
After second layer of Dragon Skin silicone.
Two different ear molds. Both made with WED clay base and plastic cup. Top mold is Dragon Skin and bottom mold is Platsil 73-25.
Ear mold made with Dragon Skin platinum cure silicone. Unfortunately, you can see the plaster master cast didn't survive the de-molding process.
